- Assess your event service provider needs and obtain at least three quotes for up to fifteen event service areas of your choice, including, but not limited to:
ceremony & reception sites, catering, floral, ceremony musicians, photography, videography, save-the-date cards, invitations, bridesmaid luncheon site, programs, wedding favors, wedding party site-to-site transportation, all music & entertainment, post-reception party site, and honeymoon coordination
- Review and advisement of quotes in order to minimize costs and ensure adherence to event budget
- Confirmations and joint final meetings with up to five event service professionals of your choice, including, but not limited to:
event site manager, catering manager, photographer, reception musicians/dj/band leader, florist, event rental company, and videographer
